With the audio lesson complete, you are encouraged to take time during the balance of the week to practice the guided meditation below. This meditation is in support of this week’s lesson, but you can come back to it as often as you like. It is recommended that Parents/Guardians participate in the Belly Buddy program with their child, and then build onto this foundation by participating in the Parent Lesson and Meditation.
